Two words, set in a loose script rather than block type, which is why this reads as a compliment instead of a slogan. It is the shortest design in the range and the only one that says something to the wearer rather than about them.

The Green One Is A Different Product

White and athletic heather carry this through the year as a plain graphic tee. Kelly green does not — pair a saturated green with the word lucky and you have made a March shirt, whether or not that was the intention. That is worth knowing before you choose: it is the right pick if you want it for one week in spring, and the wrong one if you want something you reach for in October.

Who This Suits

It works as a gift in a way most of this range does not, because there is no joke to get wrong. Nobody is being teased and nothing needs explaining, so it lands with someone whose humor you do not know well. It also works as a bridesmaid or team shirt for the same reason — a script word photographs better in a group than a paragraph does.

Measurements For The Sizes We Stock

Printed on a Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex blank. Every figure is in inches, taken on the shirt laid flat.

Bella+Canvas 3001 garment measurements, in inches
Size Chest, flat Chest, around Length
S 18 36 28
M 20 40 29
L 22 44 30
XL 24 48 31
2XL 26 52 32
3XL 28 56 33

The around column is the flat figure doubled — the space the shirt actually gives you. Length is the drop from shoulder to hem. The cut is unisex, so it falls straight through the waist rather than shaping in.

Keeping The White One White

A white tee does not usually go grey from dirt, it goes grey from washing with everything else — dye and lint transfer a little each cycle until the ground shifts. Washing whites together at a low temperature is what keeps the contrast, and on this design contrast is most of the effect: the script is thin, and thin type on a dulled ground stops reading as crisp long before it fades.

Script Type, Season And Groups

Does thin script survive as well as heavy type? It is more sensitive, but only to abrasion rather than to fading. Inside out in the machine is enough.

Is the green only for March? Not only, but it will be read that way most of the year. If you want a green tee that is not a seasonal signal, this combination of word and color is working against you.

Does it work for a group order? Yes, and better than the wordier designs — two words in script read clearly in a photograph at any distance, while a four-line joke turns into a grey block.
