• Script survives at this scale because of the print method. Sublimation reproduces a thin, varying stroke cleanly, where vinyl needs a minimum thickness and thickens the letterforms to get there.
• The bloom is genuinely transparent. Watercolour depends on layers showing through each other, and only a dye that enters the fibre can hold that; a surface print flattens it into opaque shapes.

What The Shirt Itself Is

95% polyester with 5% elastane, composition varying by up to 1%, in a premium mid-weight jersey with four-way stretch recovering on the cross and lengthwise grains. Blank components in the US and Mexico are sourced from the US, EU components from Lithuania.

White Ground, Regular Washing

White shows what colour hides, so this shirt goes in the wash after each wear rather than after two. Polyester holds body oil at the collar more stubbornly than cotton does, so a mark is worth dealing with the same day. The print itself needs nothing: there is no surface layer to protect.

Do Not Cover The Words

A sentence that gets cut in half by a jacket is worse than no sentence at all. Worn open or worn alone the line stays whole. Below the waist, plain and dark: the shirt is asking to be read and anything patterned interrupts that.

Reading, Wash And Fit

Is the sentence readable from a distance? At conversational range, yes. Script is by nature slower to read than block lettering, so this is a shirt read by someone standing with you rather than across a room.

Will the watercolour edges stay soft? Yes. The graduated edge is part of the dyed image rather than a printed shape, so it cannot harden or flake into a defined line over time.

Does the cut run true to size? No. The chest step from M to L is nearly five inches against roughly three elsewhere, so a 40 to 42 inch chest takes L.
