Three words on a red jersey tee, hand-lettered and printed large enough to be read across a room. Most slogan tees fail because the wording is too small to work at the distance people actually stand. This one is scaled to the chest rather than to a printer's comfort, which is the whole reason it does its job.

What Scale Buys A Slogan

  • It is legible at conversational distance and beyond. A slogan nobody can read is decoration; this one is a sentence people finish before they reach you.
  • The lettering cannot crack. Sublimation dyes the fibre, so there is no vinyl or plastisol panel across the chest to stiffen, peel or split down a fold line.
  • The red stays red. Colour that lives inside the cloth does not lift in the wash, and red is the shade that fades fastest when it is printed on top.

How It Feels To Wear

95% polyester with 5% elastane, composition varying by up to 1%, in a premium mid-weight jersey knit with four-way stretch that recovers on both the cross and lengthwise grains. Because the print goes into the cloth rather than onto it, the chest panel stays as soft and as breathable as the rest of the shirt, which is not true of a heavily screen-printed tee. Blank components in the US and Mexico are sourced from the US, EU components from Lithuania.

Red Is A Decision, Not A Default

A red tee is the loudest plain colour a wardrobe holds, and with lettering across it the shirt is doing two attention-seeking things at once. That is the point of this one, but it is worth knowing before it arrives: this is not a shirt that disappears under a jacket, because the wording is sized to be seen and the colour will show at any opening.

What To Put With It

Keep everything else plain and dark. Indigo or black denim, charcoal chinos, a plain grey overshirt. Anything patterned on the bottom half turns the outfit into two competing messages, and the shirt loses because clothing below the waist is seen for longer.

Three Things Worth Knowing First

Is the wording on the front only? Yes. The lettering sits across the chest and the back is plain red jersey.

Will the red bleed onto lighter clothes? No. Sublimation bonds the dye to polyester at the molecular level rather than depositing pigment on the surface, so there is nothing loose to transfer. That is a different mechanism from a dyed cotton tee, which can crock when new.

Does the cut run true to size? No, and this is the most common ordering mistake on this blank. The gap between M and L is nearly five inches while the other steps are around three, so an average 40 to 42 inch chest needs L. Measure before choosing.

Size Guide

These are body measurements, not garment measurements. Run a tape around the fullest part of your chest with your arms down, keep it level, and match the figure below. Read this table before you order your usual size. The jump from M to L is nearly five inches, far wider than the gap between the other sizes, so a chest of 40 to 42 inches needs L rather than M.
