  • A knit that dries quickly. Useful in a heated room and under heavy clothing, which is exactly where a cotton pair feels damp.
  • Four-way stretch so the fit holds under close winter layers rather than shifting through the day.

How Color Behaves in Layers

Winter clothing is heavier and darker, which means a print underneath is doubly invisible and the artwork is doing nothing for anyone but you. That is worth saying plainly, because it changes what you are buying. What the season does affect is laundry: heavier loads, more of them, and more washing at higher temperatures for everything else in the basket.
