Two Cure Times, And They Are Not Interchangeable

The 30 second figure is for the base underneath. The builder layer itself needs 120 seconds under LED or 240 under UV, because a structural layer is thicker than a color one and the light has further to travel. Curing a builder on color timings is the fastest way to a soft apex that cracks in a week.

A Builder Is Not A Polish

This is a structural product. It builds an apex, it files, and it needs removing with an e-file or a long soak rather than the fifteen minutes a color coat takes. If what you want is a nude shade for a week, a gel polish is the cheaper and faster tool.
