The Hooded Tailored Blazer in Camel Brown puts a hood on a jacket that is otherwise conventional tailoring: notched lapels, flap pockets, a two-button front and a structured shoulder. Those two ideas usually live in different wardrobes, and combining them is the entire proposition.

What a Hood Does to a Blazer

A hood makes a blazer wearable in weather. That sounds small and is not — tailoring normally stops being an option the moment it rains, and this one does not.

The run starts at M rather than S, so there is nothing below a US 8 in this style. Measure over a knit rather than a shirt if you plan to wear it as a light coat.

Before You Order

Does the hood sit flat under a bag strap? A built-in hood adds bulk at the back of the neck, so a shoulder bag rides on the hood rather than on the shoulder. A cross-body or a hand-carried bag avoids that entirely.

Can the hood be removed? It is built into the collar rather than buttoned in, so the jacket is a hooded blazer permanently and not a blazer with an option.
