Apricot sits close to a suntan, so this dress looks warm the moment it goes on. The Aliana is a floral mini dress in apricot covered with small coral, blue and cream flowers, with puff short sleeves, a round neck, a keyhole opening at the nape and a babydoll skirt with pockets. Sizes run from S through 2XL, which covers a 20 or 22.

  • Keyhole button back. A small opening and button at the nape make it easy to pull on.
  • Mixed small florals. Coral and blue together mean both warm and cool accessories work.
  • Room in the skirt. The babydoll shape falls loose from the chest, with pockets for both hands.

Why Apricot Works on Warm Days

Apricot is a soft orange with pink in it, gentler than a true orange and warmer than blush. Against sun-kissed skin it glows; against pale skin it adds color the way a light blush does. The blue flowers in the print are the secret, because they let you wear silver, denim and blue sandals as easily as gold and tan.

It was shot on a beach among pale rocks, and it suits exactly that kind of day: a coastal walk, a lunch outside, a market with a basket on your arm.

Round Neck, Keyhole Back

A round neckline sits close to the base of the neck, so it pairs best with short necklaces or a single fine chain that lies on top of the fabric. Behind, the keyhole opens with one button, which gives you room to pull the dress over your head without stretching the neckline out of shape.

Rounded puff sleeves add a little width at the shoulder that balances the swing of the skirt, and the pockets take a phone and keys, so a short walk needs no bag at all.

Five Sizes and the Fit

It comes in women's S (4/6), M (8/10), L (12/14), XL (16/18) and 2XL (20/22), so a size 10 orders the M and a 20 orders the 2XL. The babydoll cut is loose from the chest down, so the bust and shoulders decide the size, and the skirt has room to move over the hips.

Polyester throughout means it dries in an hour on a beach towel and keeps the print bright after many washes. Hang it up wet to keep the sleeves rounded.
