The Sky Blue Ruffle Midi Dress in Layered Tulle is cut in two sizes only, L and XL, and that is worth knowing before anything else about it. If you wear below a US 12, there is no band for you in this style and no amount of liking it changes that.

How Tulle Behaves at Midi Length

Tulle on a floor-length gown reads as ceremony. Cut to below the knee it reads as something lighter, because the volume has less distance to build and the layers move faster against the leg.
