Plus size pajamas that come only in plus sizes are rarer than they should be, and this lilac satin set is one of them: Be Wicked makes the Liz set from 1X to 3X and nothing smaller. It is a two-piece with a long-sleeve button-down top, a chest pocket and fine piping, over shorts with a curved dolphin hem. Soft color, a gentle sheen and an easy, unfussy shape.

  • Plus sizes only. The run is 1X, 2X and 3X, with nothing below.
  • Dolphin hem shorts. The curved side split lets the leg move without riding up.
  • Warm arms, cool legs. Long sleeves over shorts, the in-between mix for a heated bedroom.
  • Washer friendly satin. It goes in the machine with similar colors.

Choose the row where your bust and hips both sit, and if they land in different rows, follow the bust, since a button-down top gapes before a pair of elastic-waist shorts feels tight. Satin has no stretch in this set, so the chart is worth the thirty seconds with a tape.

Long Sleeves Over Shorts

Long sleeves with shorts sounds like a contradiction until you sleep in it. Arms and shoulders sit outside the duvet and get cold first, while legs stay under the covers and overheat first.
