Product Type: Crossbody Bags

A phone crossbody bag replaces your pockets, not your handbag. Ajo is TORONATA's version in pebble-grain leather: 5.5 by 7.5 inches, with a magnetic front pocket, a back pocket, four card slots and an adjustable strap.

  • Sized to a phone. TORONATA lists it for phones up to 6.9 inches and names the iPhone 17 Pro Max and the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
  • Four card slots. An ID, two cards and a transit pass ride along without a wallet.
  • Magnetic front pocket. It opens with one hand, for whatever you reach for most.
  • Six colors. Brown, Black, Tan, Dark Blue, Pickle and Bisque, in TORONATA's own names.

What a Phone Crossbody Bag Replaces

A phone crossbody bag is for the days a full bag is too much: errands, concerts, dog walks, airports, any time your hands are busy. The phone goes in the main compartment. Cards go in the four slots, so the wallet stays home. Keys and a lip balm take the back pocket, which rests against you, and earbuds or a parking ticket take the magnetic front pocket. Everything has a fixed place, so you can find it by touch while you keep walking.

Phone Fit With a Case On

TORONATA's 6.9 inch figure is a screen size, measured corner to corner, and the largest phones it names are about 6.4 inches tall and 3.1 inches wide. The bag's outline is 5.5 by 7.5 inches, so a big phone in a slim case has room on every side. What the figure cannot account for is what you have added: a folio case, a card sleeve or a grip stuck to the back. Measure your phone with everything on it; under about 7 inches tall and 3.5 wide is inside the numbers.

Strap Height and Pebbled Grain

Wear the strap long enough that the bag lands at your hip, where your hand finds it without looking, and shorten it for a bike ride or a run for the train. Pebble grain is the right finish for a bag that gets handled this often, because the texture hides fingernail marks and scuffs. One habit protects the lighter colors: a bag at the hip rubs against jeans all day, and new dark denim can leave a blue cast on a shade such as Bisque. A weekly wipe with a dry cloth keeps the dye from settling in.

Gifts, Passports and Card Slots

Is a phone crossbody bag a good gift? It is one of the most looked-for small leather gifts: searches climb from October and peak in December. There is no size to guess, and Black and Brown are safe when you do not know the rest of the wardrobe. For someone who already carries a large tote, it doubles as the bag for lunch breaks.

Does a passport fit in the Ajo? A US passport measures 4.9 by 3.5 inches, which is inside the 5.5 by 7.5 inch outline, so on paper it fits. With a large phone in the same compartment, expect a close fit, and use the back pocket for boarding passes.

Can four card slots replace a wallet? For most days, yes. Carry an ID, one debit card, one credit card and a transit or insurance card, and fold a few bills into the back pocket. Anything you use less than once a week can stay at home.
