Every other scent AMINNAH whips is a food or a beach. Star Dust Skies Whipped Body Butter is a floral, and it is the only one. Moonflower and grapefruit put it in a completely different family to the rest of the range, which matters if you have looked at this brand before and decided the scents were not for you.

  • The one floral here. Everything else in this range smells of dessert or sea air.
  • Grapefruit keeps it sharp. Single-note florals go powdery on warm skin; this one does not.
  • Wear it on limbs. At this strength the neck is too close.

Floral With A Grapefruit Edge

Moonflower on its own is heavy and slightly green. Grapefruit cuts it, which stops the whole thing turning powdery the way single-note florals often do on warm skin. The result reads as evening rather than daytime, and it holds its shape for hours instead of collapsing into sweetness. Warm skin pushes the grapefruit forward first and lets the flower arrive behind it, so the scent you smell at the door is not quite the one you smell an hour later.
