Womens Swimwear

Swimwear is destroyed by chemistry long before it wears out, and the culprits are chlorine, sunscreen oils and heat rather than anything mechanical. Rinsing in cold fresh water within an hour of getting out removes most of what is attacking the fibers, and drying flat in the shade rather than in a dryer or on a hot rail protects the elastic that holds the shape. Two suits alternated last more than twice as long as one worn continuously, because the elastic needs a full day to recover between swims.
