This is a shea and lanolin range built for eczema-prone and sensitive skin, and what defines it is what has been left out rather than what has been added: no fragrance, no alcohol, and a short ingredient list. Apply the cream or body oil to skin that is still damp from the shower, because lanolin works by slowing water loss and there has to be water there to slow. These are moisturizers rather than treatments, so if you are managing a diagnosed condition your doctor is the right person to say what belongs alongside them.
