A printed duffle measuring 22 by 11.5 by 11.5 inches. The 11.5 inch depth is the number to check before you travel with it, because depth is the dimension airlines police most closely and it is the one where this bag sits above many cabin allowances. It is soft-sided, so a half-full bag compresses, but a packed one will not.
What The Shape Is Built For
- Square section, not flat. At 11.5 inches in both width and depth the bag holds bulky items rather than flattening them, which is what separates a duffle from a holdall.
- T-piping runs the seams. A piped seam is reinforced along its length, which is what keeps a soft bag from losing its shape once it has been loaded and emptied a hundred times.
- Black interlining behind the print. The interlining is what gives a printed polyester bag body; without it the panels would ripple.
Two Ways To Carry It
Dual padded handles joined by hook-and-loop wraps, plus an adjustable padded shoulder strap that removes entirely. The handle wraps are the detail that matters on a heavy bag: they bind the two handles into one grip so the load sits in your palm rather than splaying two straps across your fingers.
Inside
Multiple interior pockets including a zip pocket for valuables, and a mesh pocket on the outside. 100% polyester at 9.56 oz per square yard, weight varying by up to 5%.
Where It Is The Wrong Bag
A duffle has no internal structure and no wheels. Loaded to its full 22 inches it is heavy to carry by hand for any distance, and that is the trade you accept for a bag that folds flat when empty and takes odd shapes when full.
Before You Travel With It
Will it work as cabin baggage? Check your airline against 22 by 11.5 by 11.5 inches. The length is standard; the 11.5 inch depth is above many allowances, and how much that matters depends on how full the bag is and how strictly the carrier measures.
Can the shoulder strap come off? Yes, it is both adjustable and fully removable, so the bag can be carried by the handles alone.
Does it fold away when empty? Yes. There is no frame, so it flattens for storage, which is why the T-piping matters for keeping its shape when it is in use.
