Sensory Bin

A sensory bin runs on one loop, hide something and find it, and small animal figures are close to the perfect object for it: they disappear completely in rice or beans, they turn up under a scoop with a satisfying shape, and there are enough of them in a bag that nobody has to count what came out. Because the pieces are identical, the game can be structured too, hunting for a set number and knowing when the bin is finished. Rinse and dry them when the bin is changed, and keep the painted display models out of the sand entirely.
