1. Order Processing Time
Before your order enters the shipping transit network, it undergoes a strict quality control and preparation process.
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully authorized, you will receive an official Order Confirmation email. Processing times begin on the next business day following this confirmation.
- Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods, holidays, or exclusive collection launches, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Zones & Covered Countries
We operate dedicated and localized shipping channels for our active global markets. The specific countries and territories covered under each shipping zone are listed below. Detailed shipping rates and live transit time estimates for your specific address are calculated dinamically and displayed directly on our product pages and at checkout.
- United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland
- European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
- EFTA & Non-EU: Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Andorra, Vatican City

If your country is not listed above, we currently do not support automated shipping to your region to maintain our strict delivery quality standards.
3. Global Tax & Customs Compliance
International trade laws are constantly evolving. Aysire operates under advanced cross-border tax compliance models to provide maximum transparency regarding import taxes and customs duties.
- European Union (EU) & United Kingdom (UK) Orders (No Hidden Fees Guarantee): We operate under a strict DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model for the UK and EU. In full compliance with UK HMRC regulations and the latest EU customs reforms (including the flat customs duty implemented in July 2026), all applicable local VAT and standardized import duties are calculated and collected directly at checkout. For EU and UK customers, you will NOT be asked to pay any extra customs clearance fees or cash-on-delivery charges by the courier.
- United States Orders: Please be aware that recent regulatory changes by US Customs and Border Protection have fully suspended the previous de minimis ($800) exemption for all international imports. All international shipments entering the United States are now subject to standard import duties and carrier brokerage (informal entry) fees, regardless of the order value. These charges are assessed by US Customs and collected by the courier (e.g., DHL, USPS, FedEx) upon delivery. Aysire is not responsible for these local US import fees, and they remain the sole financial responsibility of the customer.
- EFTA (Norway, Switzerland) & Other Markets: Our shipping routes utilize automated compliance frameworks (such as Norway’s VOEC) to minimize friction. However, for regions outside our DDP network or for orders exceeding local statutory limits, any applicable import duties or local customs clearance fees are determined by the destination country's customs office and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
4. End-to-End Order Tracking
- An automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be sent to you once your parcel is dispatched.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status online.
5. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
To guarantee successful delivery, buyers must provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at the time of checkout.
- Incomplete Information: Aysire is not legally or financially liable for failed deliveries, returned parcels, or lost packages resulting from incorrect, obsolete, or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- Reshipping Costs: If a parcel is returned to our logistics hub due to an address error or failure to collect the package after a courier notification, the customer will be responsible for the actual reshipping fees required to dispatch the item a second time.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Delayed Packages: If your shipment experiences a transit delay exceeding 5 business days beyond our maximum estimated delivery window, please reach out to our support team so we can initiate an official inquiry with the carrier.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the contents. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund claim.
7. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments
If your cart contains a combination of in-stock items and pre-order products, your entire order will typically be consolidated and shipped together once the pre-order inventory becomes available. If you prefer a split-shipment, please contact our customer service team (additional shipping charges may apply).
