If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our comprehensive returns framework is outlined below.

1. The 14-Day "Right of Withdrawal" (Standard Returns)

We want you to shop with absolute confidence. If you change your mind about a purchase, you have the statutory right to return most new, unused items within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item's purchase price.

Eligibility Criteria for Standard Returns:

  • The item must be entirely unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all protective seals, tags, and labels intact.
  • Items that appear worn, altered, or damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

2. Defective, Incorrect, or Transit-Damaged Items

We distinguish between standard returns (change of mind) and issues originating from our supply chain or transit partners.

  • Transit Damage (The 7-Day Rule): As outlined in our Shipping Policy, if your package arrives with visible exterior damage from the courier, or if the contents were damaged during transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damaged shipping box and the item to facilitate an immediate carrier insurance claim and replacement.
  • Manufacturing Defects & Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty item (manufacturing defect) or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Under UK consumer law, you have up to 30 days to report a fundamental product fault for a full refund or free replacement.

3. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)

To ensure your return is processed swiftly and securely, we utilize a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system.

  1. Contact our support team at support@aysire.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. If your return request meets the policy conditions, we will issue you an RMA number and provide the correct destination address for our returns processing hub.
  3. Important Notice: Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the sender address on the package or directly to the manufacturer. Returns sent without an authorized RMA number or to an incorrect address cannot be tracked and will not be refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind (Standard Returns): The customer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Aysire cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and is not liable for returns lost in transit.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Aysire will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid return label.

5. Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items

For strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, certain items cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched. These include:

  • Intimate apparel, underwear, and swimwear (if hygiene seals have been removed or tampered with).
  • Health and personal care items.
  • Customized or personalized made-to-order goods.
  • Gift cards. (Note: Standard sale items are still eligible for the 14-day return window unless explicitly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page).

6. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe).
  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to fully clear and reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Unless the item was defective or we made an error, the original shipping fees collected at checkout are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

7. Exchanges

Due to the fast-moving nature of our inventory, the most efficient way to exchange an item (e.g., for a different color or size) is to initiate a standard return for the original item and place a new, separate order for the desired item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If 10 business days have passed since your refund confirmation and you have not received the funds:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as they often require processing time before a refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@aysire.com.
