1. Products & Authenticity

What kind of products does Aysire offer? We offer a carefully curated collection of premium products designed to elevate your everyday lifestyle. Our focus is strictly on quality, convenience, and providing items you can trust.

Are your products authentic? Yes, absolutely. We source our products directly from trusted manufacturers and authorized global distributors. We guarantee the authenticity, safety, and quality of every item sold on our website.

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available again? Our most popular items can sell out quickly! If a product is out of stock, simply go to the product page and click the "Notify Me When Available" button. You will receive an automated email as soon as we restock the item.

2. Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We offer a variety of secure, encrypted payment methods for your convenience. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as accelerated checkout options including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What currency will I be charged in? To provide a seamless localized experience, our website automatically displays prices and processes transactions in your local currency based on your region (e.g., USD, GBP, EUR). You will be charged exactly what you see at checkout, with no hidden conversion fees.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? We process orders very quickly (within 1–3 business days) to ensure fast global delivery. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to our shipping partners, we are unable to modify it, but you can utilize our 14-day return policy once the package arrives.

Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can easily place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and receive exclusive updates.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order? At this time, our system only allows one discount code to be applied per order. We recommend using the code that provides the best value for your current purchase.

How do pre-orders work? If you purchase a pre-order item, it means you are reserving a product before it is officially in stock. The estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will typically ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.

Where do you ship to, and how much does it cost? We are proud to offer localized international shipping to our active global markets. Shipping costs and live delivery estimates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact location. Our current shipping zones and covered regions include:

Will I have to pay extra customs fees or taxes upon delivery?

  • UK & EU Customers: No hidden fees! We operate under a strict DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model. All applicable VAT and customs duties are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not pay any extra fees at your door.
  • US & International Customers: Depending on your local customs regulations (such as US Informal Entry rules), international orders may be subject to standard import duties or carrier brokerage fees upon arrival. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do? Please contact us at support@aysire.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. However, if the order has already been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to make changes, and Aysire cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

My tracking shows "Delivered", but I haven't received my package. What now? First, please check with your neighbors or your local post office, as packages are sometimes held there or left nearby. If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours of the "delivered" status, please contact our support team so we can open an official investigation with the carrier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to shop with absolute confidence. We offer a 14-day Right of Withdrawal policy. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be entirely unused, in the exact condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Are returns free?

  • For change of mind (Standard Returns): The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • For defective or incorrect items: If you received a faulty product or the wrong item, Aysire will cover the return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid return label.

How do I start a return? Please do not send items back without authorization. To initiate a return, email us at support@aysire.com with your order number. Our team will verify your request and issue an official RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with the correct return facility address.

5. Gifting, Sustainability & Corporate

Can I send an order as a gift? Will the prices be visible in the package? Yes, you can confidently send Aysire products directly to your loved ones! We operate paperless and do not include printed invoices or price tags inside our packages. Your receipt is sent only to the email address provided at checkout.

Is your packaging eco-friendly? We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint. The majority of our shipping boxes and mailers are made from recyclable or biodegradable materials. We continuously strive to make our supply chain as sustainable as possible.
